He holds the IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe qualification and is Caldicott Guardian for Conviction. Those facts describe relevant training and experience. Ryan's role: Public interest researcher
What it is: Longstanding public interest information gathering across criminal justice, courts, policing, prisons, healthcare, children's services, local government and public accountability.
Ryan's contribution: Ryan's public record includes approximately 2,000 information requests used to obtain records and data, identify patterns and challenge refusals through review and regulatory routes where appropriate.
